On Saturday 12th October, Pigeon Park Press held a party at the Old Royal in Birmingham to celebrate the launch of “Pigeonwings,” the latest comic fantasy from Heide Goody and Iain Grant.
Following an introduction from Pigeon Park Press’s very own Martin Tomlinson (who also writes under the name of Tom Aston), Heide and Iain read excerpts from their latest story about the misadventures of Satan and the Archangel Michael in modern day Birmingham.
The evening continued with drinks, celebration and silliness, including the creation of some fancy DIY haloes.
Heide and Iain are currently writing books 3 & 4 in the series, hoping to see them published by Pigeon Park Press in Autumn 2014.
